After an extremely windy storm ripped off some of the shingles on my roof and a broken tree limb from my neighbor’s tree came crashing through one of my skylights, I called Over the Top Roofing & Exteriors to come out and inspect the damage. They installed a temporary tarp over my broken skylight to keep rain and snow out of my house and determined that the roof was in bad enough condition that filing an insurance claim would be necessary. A few days later Erik Spruiell met with the insurance adjuster and my insurance claim was approved for a new skylight, roof and gutters. Erik and his team did a great job executing the repairs and worked with my insurance company to make sure my new roof met current, city code requirements.
